Executive Assistant
We're looking for an EA to work with our CEO and wider leadership team. The key aspects of the role are:

Skills and experience

• An experienced EA (not essential)
• Proactive
• Interested in the health/ well-being sector.
• Tech savvy and able to set up teleconferencing, online meetings (Zoom,Google meet) and familiar with Outlook, Excel, mailchimp and Powerpoint
• Communication skills
• Be adaptable with the way you work – we are growing and adapting all the time
• Able to provide advice as well as take direction and run with it
• A 'can do' problem solver
• You don't need to have health experience but a demonstration of your interest in the sector will be helpful
- You will be required to maintain and respect the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Partnering directly with the CEO and the board on their strategic and operational agenda, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate and engage with current and new members.
- Carrying out administrative tasks as required.
- Manage/Administer internal data and website systems (eg. Mailchimp )
- Taking meeting minutes
- Coordinating internal projects as required.
- Require 2-4 hours per week. In a times of campaigns we might ask for more hours.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Ausforam is seeking a Communications Officer to join our Marketing team in Melbourne. We are seeking an excellent writer able to juggle creating diverse, high quality and engaging content across a wide array of sectors. Reporting to the CEO, the role is responsible for championing the Ausforam program “Circle of Health” brand in external and internal communications.

To be considered for this role, you will also require:
- Tertiary or equivalent qualification (can be a student) in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience in copywriting, editing, proofreading and media relations
- A high level of attention to detail and grammatical skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- A demonstrated ability to implement a communications strategy
- Experience in online channels and tools including website, E-newsletter and social media content management systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO and email marketing is desirable
- Require 2-4 hours a week. Might be more in a busy period.
Main duties and responsibilities Core objectives include:
- Contribute to the development of new marketing and revenue raising strategy and action plan.
- Lead the development of a new website and its ongoing content.
- Work collaboratively and provide leadership with Ausforam team members to achieve strategic marketing goals and
- activities
- Respond to communications from stakeholders and team members in a timely and professional manner
- Leading and updating the social media channels.
